This notice is in accordance with Public Law 94-142. Yale Schools, in coordination with the State Department of Education, would like to inform parents of the child identification, location, screening and evaluation process to be conducted throughout the school year.
Any child age 0-21 living in the Yale School district, suspected of having a disability that may require special education and/or related services, may be referred for screening and evaluation through the local school.
